What I ate Today
ugh. I know it was valentines day and all but I need stop it with all extra sugar…once again, could have done a bit better today.
breakfast:
- 1 slice of toast with 1tbs. peanutbutter
- 2 eggs with chopped red pepper
- green tea
Lunch:
- cucumber slices
- red pepper slices
- water
snacks:
- chocolates
- 20 peanutbutter pretzel thingys
- 2 cups of coffee (1 cup with 2tbs. hazelnut creamer)
Dinner:
- pasta with sausage and sauce and chopped peppers
- water
- green tea
- more cucumbers and red pepper slices
