What I ate Today

ugh. I know it was valentines day and all but I need stop it with all extra sugar…once again, could have done a bit better today.

breakfast:

  • 1 slice of toast with 1tbs. peanutbutter
  • 2 eggs with chopped red pepper
  • green tea

Lunch:

  • cucumber slices
  • red pepper slices
  • water

snacks:

  • chocolates
  • 20 peanutbutter pretzel thingys
  • 2 cups of coffee (1 cup with 2tbs. hazelnut creamer)

Dinner:

  • pasta with sausage and sauce and chopped peppers
  • water
  • green tea
  • more cucumbers and red pepper slices
