Day 1 of trying to do better with portion control/just eating better
I think I did alright…could def do better…
breakfast:
- 2 eggs with chopped red pepper
- 1 slice of toast with 1tbs. of peanutbutter
- tea
lunch:
- water
- 2 french fries with ketchup
what I ate when I got home from school:
- 1 can of grape fanta
- super small slice of strawberry rubarb pie
- more water + numerous cups of coffee (1 cup with 1tbs. of hazelnut sweetner)
- 10 little peanutbutter pretzel thingys
