Day 1 of trying to do better with portion control/just eating better

I think I did alright…could def do better…

breakfast:

  • 2 eggs with chopped red pepper
  • 1 slice of toast with 1tbs. of peanutbutter
  • tea

lunch:

  • water
  • 2 french fries with ketchup

what I ate when I got home from school:

  • 1 can of grape fanta
  • super small slice of strawberry rubarb pie
  • more water + numerous cups of coffee (1 cup with 1tbs. of hazelnut sweetner)
  • 10 little peanutbutter pretzel thingys
